Massage Effleurage

Relax on a heated bed with aromatic essential oils in the air, warm oils or creams are used hydrating, exfoliating and rejuvenating the skin using manual manipulations with classic massage/effleurage and other related movements (petrissage, tapotement, vibration, & friction). This is commonly known as Swedish Techniques using light to firm pressures.
